You need to select which of the 4 noted locations apply to you. The selection is made by choosing the correct alternative as listed in the drop down box below. We cannot process your order if you select a location that is not consistent with your shipping address.
ORDERING DETAILS
By clicking on the Buy Now button you will be transferred to the PayPal site. If you are a PayPal member you need to click on the appropriate button on the PayPal site. If you are not a PayPal member you may pay by credit card as listed on their site by completing all the required information. Once you have completed the order you will receive an E-Mail from PayPal. We will E-mail you when your book has been shipped.
